Information you give us
When you call, email, message us on social media, or reach out about classes, private lessons, or event bookings, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We use this information only to answer you and to arrange the lessons or events you ask about.
Class booking and payments
Class registration, class cards, and payments are handled by Punchpass, a third-party booking service. When you book or pay through Punchpass (including the schedule and pricing tools shown on our site), the information you enter is collected and processed by Punchpass under its own privacy policy. We do not see or store your full payment card details. Our online merchandise store is run by Printify and is likewise covered by its own policies.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed) so we can improve it. Embedded content from other services, such as Punchpass schedules, Google Maps, and social media, may also set cookies when you interact with it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some embedded features may not.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the studio and this website (such as our booking, hosting, and email providers), or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the contact information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing bronxsalsero@gmail.com or calling 518-334-3483. For information held by Punchpass, you can also contact Punchpass directly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
